Yes, the professional will bring all the necessary tools for the service. However, please note that the technician does not carry a ladder. If the AC is mounted at a height, kindly arrange for one.

In such cases, the professional will provide an estimate for the repair based on the rate card available on the My Technician app. You can then decide how you'd like to proceed.

Yes, the professional will check for gas leaks and pressure checks before starting the service and for cooling and pipe leaks after service.

What if any issues arise after the service is completed?

This service & the spare parts come with a My Technician cover warranty. if any issues arise after service, you can reschedule a free repair.

Does My Technician service centralized/VRV ACs?

We service all types of home ACs (split & window). However, currently we do not cater to centralized ACs / VRV systems.
